- 1) This seems kinda insane, but you must own a badge. I'm totally obsessed with badges. To prove you have one, you must take a picture of it, and e-mail it to me. If you don't have a badge, but you still want to affiliate, design one on Paint and e-mail it to me.

- 2) Your site must be mainly about Pokémon. Of course it can have other stuff such as Digimon, etc, but it must be Pokémon-based.

- 3) To affiliate, you site must have at least fifteen pages of content. This excludes all Home, Splash or Chat Room pages.

- 4) No inappropriate stuff on your site. I take stuff like spamming and bad language very badly, and as Fyrecharizard knows, I'm not good when I'm angry. Ask her.

- 5) To affiliate, your site must have no pop-up ads. If you are a good friend with a good site, but it has pop ups, I might let you off. But no pop ups as it annoys visitors.

- 6) No stealing, if you steal a sprite or content from another website, without giving credit or asking permission form the owner, you get no affiliation. Yeah. So none of that, please. We're not going to get into stealing.

- 7) No "Forums Only" sites - same goes for Oekaki, none of that kind of thing, as people want to see decent content. If you have anything like that, then please apply for affiliation on another site.

- 8) When affiliating with me, please add the following phrase in your request e-mail: "Raichu is capable of learning Thunderbolt". But there is one catch, in the sentence, you must spell every word wrong. Yes, even "is" and "of".

- 9) Your site must have at least three banners. You must make at least two of the banners yourself. You score extra points and impress me more if you have a moving banner.

- 10) If you have my site on a page such as "Sites To Visit", or "My top 10 Favorite Sites" you get HUGE points and you are automatically able to affiliate, as long as you follow the rest of the rules.
